Cold Season Formula

• Garlic--long noted for its power to fight off infection.  Garlic acts as an anti-oxidant, to keep cold and flu symptoms at bay.  Garlic is an effective stimulant and expectorant, but it may also be valuable for its antiseptic and diuretic properties.  It’s put to use as a means of reducing high blood-pressure and certain types of respiratory infections. 
  
• Rosehips—rich in Vitamin C which aids in healing.
  
• Rosemary—used as stimulant to brain and memory, but also to aid in circulation
  
• Parsley—for aid in kidney function and to neutralize Garlic scent
  
• Watercress—contains vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C and Potassium.  Also, watercress is used to enhance energy by assisting circulation 

Ingredients: Garlic¸ Rosehips¸ Rosemary¸ Parsley and Watercress. Adult dosage: from one to six cups of tea¸ or 2 - 4 capsules¸ three to six times a day.
