Dong Quai

Grown in parts of China, Japan and Korea, dong quai has a long-standing reputation for effective use and is especially sought after by women.  Don quai is used today to regulate menstruation and to balance hormones to relieve menopausal symptoms such as weakness, headache, dryness, and hot flashes.  Don quai may be used to prevent PMS and to reestablish natural menstruation after using birth control pills.
