Hyland’s Calms¸ is a combination of five botanicals that work together to relieve stress. This formula is non-habit forming and non-sedating.

Directions: Adults: As a relaxant: 1 to 2 tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. Insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring. Repeat if needed without danger of side effects. Children: As a relaxant: 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably before meals. Insomnia: 1 to 2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.

Ingredients: Each 4 gr. Tablet Contains: Plant Extract of Passiflora 1X Triple Strength (Passion Flower), Avena Sativa 1X Double Strength (Oat), Humulus Lupulus 1X Double Strength (Hops), Chamomilla 2X (Chamomile)

Warnings: Do not use if imprinted cap band is missing or broken. If symptoms persist for more than seven days or worsen, contact a licensed health care professional.
