Directions:  Shake well before using.  Refrigerate after opening.  If you are experiencing any form of kidney problems, consult your physician before taking this or any supplement.  Not for use by transplant patients or patients injected with foreign proteins in the course of their normal therapy.  If pregnant consult a physician.

Mix 1 to 2 ozs of Ezzeac Plus with 2 to 4 ozs of hot or cold distilled water.  Adults, take twice daily on an empty stomach.  Maintenance: 1oz daily.  Children: 1/2 the adult amount.
