One of the finest natural adsorbent agents known, activated charcoal particles contain many small chambers and cavities that bind-up unwanted material or gas. Activated Charcoal (from Indain Hardwood) is commonly used to treat digestive complaints such as intestinal gas (flatulence), diarrhea, and stomach ulcer pain.  Poison control centers often recommend activated charcoal to treat accidental poisonings. 

Cautions:  Milk and other dairy products may lessen it's effect. Because activated charcoal can interfere with the absorption or metabolism of various nutrients and medications, take it at least two hours after (or before) other products.

Recommended Dosage: Take two capsules after eating as needed. Repeat after two hours if discomfort persists.
