Sonne’s No. 18 Whole Beet Plant Juice (Beta Vulgaris) has blood fat inhibiting and liver cell regeneration properties. Beets has high iron¸ potassium and magnesium content¸ soluble and insoluble fiber¸ sugar stabilizing effects¸ and essential for liver function and regeneration. Beet #18 is a vegetable food dietary supplement. 400mg each. The beets used for this product are organically grown with compost and sea kelp. No chemical fertilized or insecticides are used. The whole beet¸ including leaves¸ is mascerated and the juice is evaporated to dryness under high vacuum with infinite care and at near body temperature to retain a maximum of the enzymes¸ vitamins¸ and mineral factors. A ton of beets produces less than 20 lb. of powder which is then compressed into tablets.
