OstiGen®: Profile of a New Therapy

OstiGen® is a biopharmaceutical formulation designed by USFP to help to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and restore bone mass. It is different from other products and prescription drugs on the market in addressing bone loss and osteoporosis by providing multiple beneficiaries – it not only contains high-quality milk calcium in a USFP patented calcium-mineral-protein (CMP) complex – DariCal but also contains Milk Basic Proteins and Milk Serum Carbohydrates to enhance the calcium absorption and bone formation, and reduce the bone resorption activities.

Ostigen can be used in a preventive care program to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and in conjunction with prescription drugs in osteoporosis treatment as a high quality mineral source to help build quality bones with the desired microarchitecture.

In the earlier stages of life

Taking an all nature calcium supplement such as OstiGen on a regular basis can significantly increase total body and spinal bone density and help build peak bone mass, therefore reduce the risk of low bone mass and osteoporosis later in life.

Bone Maturity Stage

During the bone maturity stage (between 30 years old to menopause for women and around 50 year old for men), bone mass remains steady with ossification (bone building) nearly equal to the rate of deossification (bone destruction). OstiGen can ensure that your calcium intake satisfy the RDA requirement for calcium. OstiGen is individually packed and can be conveniently put in your pocket or bags and fit your always-on-the-go life style.

In the later stages of life

OstiGen can be used as part of the prevention and/or treatment of bone loss and osteoporosis. Among healthy perimenopausal women and postmenopausal women, calcium supplementation can slow bone loss and/or rebuild the bone density. It can be combined with osteoporosis treatment drug to ensure you receive enough calcium from your diet and slow down/reverse bone loss.

Directions:

To get the maximum benefit, OstiGen is recommended to be taken three times a day, with minimum four hours apart.

OstiGen can be taken with or without the meal, Vitamin D, K, and Milk Basic Proteins contained in OstiGen facilitate the absorption of the calcium.  Do not exceed 6 melts in a 24-hour period, as no additional benefit may be achieved.

Long-term treatment is recommended for the full effect of OstiGen.
