Return Policy:
Please contact us for a Return Manufacturer Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Please try and return items where practical in a sellable condition. A 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. If the product is defective, please also obtain a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We are unable to offer a refund for opened products - unless the item is defective. We do not, at this time refund initial or return shipping.
Obtaining a Return Manufacturer Authorization, RMA:
A Return Manufacturer Authorization can be requested by logging in and clicking on the specific order # and scrolling to the bottom of the order status. You will find the order by navigating to NatureCOOP/MyHealth/Previous Orders. Our Customer Service will reply via email to recommend next steps, provide a shipping address or seek more information. Additional communications can be appended to the order by posting a message to the service desk by clicking on "Post and View Message", from the Previous Orders web page.
Why do we need a Return Manufacturer Authorization, RMA?
A Return Manufacturer Authorization is central to our ability to reduce and eliminate mistakes. We are human and sometimes issues occur. However, we want to learn from any problem inorder to improve. The RMA is used within our Quality Circle for determining and correcting operational issues.
The RMA enables you to track the status of your return and credit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
